This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located just minutes from downtown and many other Austin hot spots. Convenient, but outside of the hustle and bustle. The front door opens to a shared common area with a swimming pool shaded by several magnificent pecan trees. There is a small, private backyard and patio.
