Located in the heart of South Austin, this quiet, comfortable, immaculately clean, fully furnished condo is a lovely place to stay for a week, a month, or longer. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located just minutes from downtown,

South Congress, Zilker Park and many other Austin hot spots. Convenient, but outside of the hustle and bustle. The front door opens to a shared common area with a swimming pool shaded by several magnificent pecan trees. There is a small, private backyard and patio. We are a close, friendly community, ready to welcome you.

Brand New Top Quality King Bed! The condo is an ideal place for two couples to stay with one bedroom and full bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs.

There are many great restaurants, well-known bars and music venues, outdoor activities like kayaking or canoeing, golf, putt-putt golf, Barton Springs pool, several city pools, walking, hiking, etc.

Perfect in every way...

We stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults & 2 kids (4 & 7). The condo was spotless throughout with great Western decor - the pool was an added bonus for us sun starved Canucks. Grweat location with all that Austin has to offer only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our first visit to Austin & having such a nice place to come back to each night was the icing on the cake.

Loved Every Minute!

The condo was exactly as described and it was so convenient to downtown Austin. Also several great places to eat real close by. We especially enjoyed being there for the grand opening of the newly relocated Kerby Lane Restaurant. The property owner, Stephanie, was just great. We lost the internet due to a storm and she was right on it and so apologetic for our inconvenience. Great experience and can't wait to return.

Close To Everything!!!

Fabulous location! We were able to inexpensively take a cab to and from downtown and 6th street at all times. The property is close to everything. Maria's Express Taco's are literally right around the corner. The description is 100% accurate and the pictures are spot on. The condo was very clean and the rental process was very smooth and easy. The swimming pool is very nice and right outside the door for very easy access. We highly recommend the property!

Great Place for Family Christmas

Our family spent Christmas in Austin in 2010, and this was our home away from home. The place was LOVELY and really contributed to making our visit a happy one. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the property was indeed clean and well-maintained. The owner is GREAT! Not only was she helpful and prompt in responding, but also she really "went the extra mile" to be sure our family enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for getting to Austin's attractions, yet hidden away enough that traffic noise isn't a bother. We met one day for breakfast at Kerbey Lane, one of our favorite Austin restaurants, and enjoyed the easy access to whatever we needed. We're planning to return for Christmas 2011!

Great Place to really enjoy Austin.

What great accommodations. This central Austin location was very convenient for our family while there. The condo is very well equipped and the pool was so much fun for our kids. There were no surprises and the owner was really really kind and helpful with local attractions. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to rent this condo.
