This spacious five bedroom elevated home is just steps away from breathtaking sunsets, white powdery sand and beautiful wildlife on Bean Point, located at the northern tip of the island. You will enjoy this quiet relaxing neighborhood and peaceful walks on the beach. Enter into a spacious great room that has two double sliding glass doors that open completely to a large screened-in lanai, great for family gatherings. If you enjoy sunbathing, venture out onto the wrap around deck. The first floor boasts a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, laundry facilities, powder room and the king master suite. The master bath features a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The remaining four bedrooms and two full baths are on the second floor. Three bedrooms feature queen beds and the fourth has two single beds. The two full baths each connect directly to two bedrooms. All bedrooms are large with abundant closet and dresser space.

Very nice location. Just across from beach access path. We had an issue with the airconditioning on our arrival. The owner had a repairman out that evening (which was a Saturday!). The place is large enough to accommodate 10 easily. A nice screened in porch in the front. The kitchen very well appointed with every kind of dishware, pots and pans you could possibly need. The only criticism I could have, is that the furnishings need updated. Comfortable, but very dated. That was not an issue for us. We loved our stay here.

Excellent house/location that we have rented multiple times over the years. Plenty of room and always clean upon arrival. Perfect for large # of guests.
