This Great Beach house, with dramatic ocean views from two huge decks, is loaded with extras for a fun vacation including a game room, a basketball court with adjustable rim, Foosball table, and a ping pong table.

All just 400 yards to the beach!

The house features: reverse floor plan for stunning ocean views, stainless steel kitchen with granite counter tops, flat screen TVs, indoor/outdoor fireplace, 3 story elevator, and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedding includes 2 king master-bedrooms,2 full-size beds, 2 bunk beds, and 2 queen-size pull-out couches in the living and game room.

Our guests can enjoy two championship golf courses, a tennis center, horseback riding, a fitness center, and many other amenities through our club membership. Yet, despite it's peaceful seclusion, Seabrook Island is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from all the charms of Charleston, 'the South's most romantic city.'

There are only a few places where the world rarely intrudes.

Golf Courses: Seabrook Island: 2 - 36 hole championship courses - Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds. Our amenities pass will allow you to play with payment of approximately $125 per round - check with the pro shop for specific rates (843) 768-2529

Kiawah Island: 5 - 36 hole championship courses including the world famous Ocean Course. Our guests can enjoy any of the resort courses by calling (843) 266-4050. Kiawah Island gate is approximately 2 miles from the Seabrook Island gate. Rates are approximately $275 per round - the Ocean Course is approximately $400 per round

Bohicket Marina: Bohicket Marina has deep sea fishing charters, boat rentals and evening dolphin cruises available. They also have several good restaurants.

My father Jim and my wife Betsy purchased this home in 1999. Originally from St. Louis with large families on both sides, the house has been a central hub for our family gatherings over the years.

My family has been vacationing on Seabrook Island since 1984. We love the tranquility of the ocean breezes and the great golf courses. In 1999 we stumbled upon this home and instantly fell in love with the ocean views from the decks and the ease of getting to the beach and resort pool - it's at the very heart of Seabrook Island activity!

What makes this house unique

Phenomenal ocean views from two huge decks. Direct access to the beach via a boardwalk that traverses through the pristine protected dunes where Loggerhead turtles nest.

We were lucky to have found this beach house on Seabrook Island. We had varying ages staying in the house and there was something for everyone. The house has everything many great extras...Ipod jacks to play music in the living area and deck, a lovely indoor/outdoor fireplace, tvs in every room and enough space for everyone to be togeher or find a quiet spot to read a book. The beach is very close (very private) and was spectacular at all times of the day. The pool area is walking distance from house either on the beach or on the quiet road but our preference was mostly the beach or the decks...
What a great find!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

While the weather didn't feel much like spring, this property didn't disappoint. As former owners ourselves on the island and now periodic renters, we feel the location of this house is ideal for walking the spectacular north beach, enjoying the sunrise, or simply taking in an ocean breeze. The 4 BR provided rooms for 2 families with 2 living areas including the upstairs which is dedicated to hanging out. The best living areas were the huge decks which unfortunately didn't get a lot use due to rain and heavy winds on several days...but we'll definitely be back for another try. Our kids enjoyed the basketball goal and foosball table provided while the adults enjoyed cooking in the large open kitchen with surround sound spring break music between workouts at the fitness center on the island. Finally, and most importantly, the owners were great to work with and made renting very easy. If its your first time to seabrook, I suggest you consider spending a little more here, and getting a lot more in return!

This is the perfect vacation house for couples to stay in- we all had our own bathrooms and the house is so spacious!
The view to the ocean was fabulous and the decks were so wonderful just to hang out and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen and dining area was very large and open to accommodate all the chefs! The neighborhood was great to ride the bikes and the golf course was in excellent condition!
For anyone to be as lucky as we were to find this house on the Internet - booked it now you will not regret!

We truly enjoyed this house! The kitchen/gathering room was my favorite for family time. And the beach was beautiful. We saw lots of wild life (not just our family)! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very nice.

We just returned from a wonderful week at your beach house in Seabrook. We have been going to Seabrook for 8 years and have rented many different houses. We have never rented a home like yours. It is so well equpped, so beautifully decorated, lends itself to such a glorious time for family fun that we would love to rent from you again in 2009. We spent quality time on your wonderful porch-telling stories, laughing and enjoying one another! An excellent family vacation!
