Amenities for the very young include a porta–crib, high chair, 3 baby gates, and a wagon for a ride to the beach. The master bedroom spans from the front of the house with an ocean view sun deck (furnished) and a large sound view covered deck with hot tub and porch swing. ($70 charge to fill the hot tub from Sep - May.) It also has cable TV, VCR, stereo, tape player, tuner, and a computer/workstation with wireless Internet access.
First Floor: The back yard/patio where there is a shower with hot and cold water that is enclosed for privacy. . Backyard: Outside in the back there is a fenced-in yard and playground and patio-deck with a shaded hammock. there is a shared private ingrond swimming pool and a shared boat ramp with a private boat-fishing dock on a private canal that leads to the intracoastal waterway and to the ocean in 15 min.
