my husband and I stayed in mid October for a week. The condo is right on the water, the room was tidy, and the rest of the building was very clean as well. For the price we paid in October, you couldn't find a better deal on the ocean that included tax and cleaning fee. I have already recommended it to friends and family. You will not regret staying here.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I really enjoyed my stay here place was clean and we got it for a great price. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. I would have said excellent but the place Sun and Sand needs to do some up grade to the indoor pool. The only thing I didn't like was I could not get the computer to work in the room but I could use it in the lobby. Over all great place to stay.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Our beach trip was perfect and the only reason I rate this a good and not excellent is because of the weather. The renter was nice and very helpful the entire went smoothly. The room was beyond what I expected and was beautiful beachfront so close to the ocean. We woke up each morning to the sound of the waves is was the best price and I could not have imagined the room would have been that great for that price. All instructions were very clear and easy everything was in order for a great trip. Thank you and I definately plan to rent again.
