Boaters Paradise! Newly decorated 3 Bedroom 2 bath condo with excellent waterfront view and boat slip on Lake Norman! It is fully furnished with all the amenities for luxurious living whether you bring your boat or just enjoy lakefront living! It even has a washer & dryer for wet beachwear! The living room has a gas fireplace for chilly evenings along with a full size TV, DVD, and VCR player and waterfront view. The dining room seats six with spacious table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for dining or entertaining. Don't feel like cooking? Plenty of restaurants nearby. Even walking distance to lakefront dining at Midtown Sundries. Three spacious bedrooms include a master suite overlooking the water with a king size bed, TV, and private bath. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed and two (extra-long) twin beds.
