This unit is located on the top floor, SE corner, of a 4-story, 23-unit condominium building with a wraparound balcony off the living room and Master bedroom. Fully stocked and furnished for your vacation! The 2nd bedroom has a separate balcony with ocean views! The floorplan is split and very private. The unit is quiet except for the sound of ocean waves. The unit views the newly developed downtown Jacksonville Beach and is a short commute to the Jax airport, Mayo Clinic, and 30 minutes to downtown Jacksonville. Less than 10 miles to the TPC @ Sawgrass/Home of PGA Tour, 40 minutes to Nation's Oldest City, St. Augustine, & the New World Golf Village. The beach is quiet and family friendly although a short walk to nightlife and great restaurants. The fishing pier is about 6 blocks down the beach, and can be viewed from the balconies. All new windows, doors, railings, updated baths, and bedding. You'll love the location and keep coming back. Nice pool area...
