Charming oceanfront home on the water. Bright and cheerful upstairs houses the kitchen and dining area and living area, bath and washer/dryer. Spiral stairway leads to bedrooms downstairs. Wonderful views abound from spacious deck, where you may dine or spend serene hours listening to soothing sounds of waves. Odiorne Point Park is a short walk/bike ride away, a wonderful place for kids and adults to spend a day. Enjoy a picnic, hike or bike scenic trails, explore the Seacoast Science Center or launch a kayak from public boat launch. Go south and several beautiful sandy beaches await your enjoyment. Historic Portsmouth is a five minute drive. This picturesque working seaport offers nationally acclaimed theater and music, fishing, sailing, whale watching, bird watching, sunset dinner cruises, tax-free shopping, historic sites, antiquing, museums, a water park, first-class dining, and lively nightlife.

Loved it!
This was my first experience with any type of cyber rental and I was not dissappointed. As soon as I walked through the door I felt I was home. It is clean, cute and cozy. Everthing has been thought of right down to the little post-it notes. I am really looking forward to going home again.

Terrific spot! Exactly as it is pictured. Clean, comfortable, feels every bit like home, and unbelievable spot on the water. Lots to do in the area: NH, ME and MA are all nearby. Watch the sunrise from the rocks, the deck, or the huge bay kitchen windows. Then turn around and watch it set over the duck pond in front of the house! It's all there. Great stay!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. The view was nothing short of fantastic. The house was bright, cheery, and clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful time, and can't recommend this house enough!

Absolutely Perfect

This beach home was described to a "t". Even though, when we walked in it was more perfect than we thought it would be. It was very clean and supplied well with anything we would need. We would recommend this home to anyone and not worry about them being disappointed.

We have been coming to this area for over 30 years so we have our favorite spots to visit. We traveled to Rockport, MA and Newberry Port, MA, Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, ME and also Kennebunkport, ME. We went to No Conway, NH in the mountains.

One of our favorite restaurants is Abercrombie and Fitch on Rt 1 just north of Hampton, NH.

What an excellent location for a peaceful vacation

If you're looking for some rest and relaxation, this is the place. Top it off with incredible views that are ever changing with the tide! Clean, airy and homey!

I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for some quiet time.
