In addition to a new kitchen in 2009, the second bedroom was converted from a twin bed setup to a master bedroom with a new queen bed, armoire and TV/DVD player. Beautifully renovated 3BR/2Bath cottage. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Sparrow Pond section of Kiawah's West Beach Village. The master bath, with skylights and hand-painted mural of the island's Vanderhorst Plantation, boasts a dual-head shower and a claw-foot tub. Enclosed sun room offers views of subtropical forest. Deer often spotted just outside the floor to ceiling windows. New couch in the family room. Broadband Internet. Secure wireless access. DVD/VHS player & CD stereo system bring technology to your fingertips. The wrap-around deck and gas grill allow for easy entertaining. Covered 3-car carport. Beach chairs provided. Our family of 7 just returned from two weeks at this property in Kiawah. It was wonderful. The photos and description of the property and its amenities are accurate - we knew exactly what to expect. The cottage is clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. It is very close to both the pool and beach (one of the better sections of beach on the island). The owners were very helpful, answering questions and providing recommendations for activities, bike rentals, shopping, etc. We felt the rental rates were very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

we rented this unit end of May 2008. great location and the owners have put quite a bit of effort into this home. they are also very easy to work with and we hope to stay there again real soon. i recommend this place. easy to get to the beach, very short walk of less than 5 minutes.
