The townhomes at Venetian Bay Villages are all designed with luxury and comfort at heart. Each home features fully applianced kitchens, spacious dining rooms and breakfast nook areas, and enough sleeping space for almost any large family! The kitchen space is designed with the family mealtime in focus. Every home has ample cabinet space both above and below, with new stoves, refrigerators, and small appliances at hand. Each home also features a built in garbage disposal for ease of clean up after meals.
The lovely dining areas feature Florida's finest styled furniture, enhancing the holiday feel of your private Florida getaway. All homes feature a lounge with sofas, televisions and/or VCR/DVD, and fully appointed bedrooms on the second level. The Master bedroom suites feature a private bath and television, and a king-size comfortable bed, and all homes have many baths to accommodate your vacationing party.
Community Features: The townhomes at Venetian Bay Villages are all situated behind an automatic gate for security and privacy. Homes range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, and all have ample private parking in front. All townhomes are located a short walk from the clubhouse and pool.
