Owner's Response: I have repaired the "minor" repairs. My Mom was in hospital and I was very busy with her. I did offer to change out the box springs. The renter actually told me they moved a twin water bed from the other bedroom and placed it in the broken one without asking me until after it was done. I decided to leave it and change it out after they checked out, since they had already moved the water bed. They did not mention the other repairs. Also the adv. does not say a boat slip. It reads "pier for boating and docking." I did explain to them upon arrival, that you can only leave the boat for a couple of days because we have 100 units to share the docking spaces. They are not reserved. It is first come first served. Also the renter soiled my sofa pillows with blood and they were left dirty and also the pillow shams on all the beds were soiled and dirty. I'm sorry they were unhappy. I do strive to keep up my condo that I have owned for 20 years and most people really love it. Usually when a large number of people stay in the unit there are more damages. I have had it rented this year since February. If no one tells me of the repairs needed I don't know about the problem and can't get it repaired. All of these problems were not brought to my attention. I was only told of the box springs in the upstairs bedroom. I laid on it when I did come out and it was hardly noticeable. I also noticed a tear in my new comforter on the queen bed in the master bedroom. I didn't deduct any deposit for the damages that I received.
