Description of the Leesburg vacation house rental
The Plantation at Leesburg is an active adult (55+) community located in the heart of Florida. Convenient to major airports as well as attractions, this inland community is well protected from hurricanes and yet is only one hour from either coast. Lake County is appropriately named for all the wonderful lakes that are teeming with fish and great for boating activities. With Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World only 45 minutes away, you have some of the world's greatest entertainment within a close drive. The Plantation is a security gated community with loads of trees and wildlife as well as beautiful biking and walking areas along with two 18 hole golf courses, pro shop and restaurant on premises, three swimming pools with hot tubs, fitness centers and tons of activities. We provide king sized beds in each bedroom as well as a day bed for two people in the den. The den also has a work desk. The bed in the master bedroom is a Craftmatic with full adjustability.

Lake County is aptly named due to the numerous fish filled lakes in the area. Our home is located only 4 miles from Lake Harris, known for it's bass fishing tournaments and crappie fishing. The charming town of Mt. Dora is only 12 miles away and is known for the arts and crafts featured there. With Orlando only 40 nimutes away, you have the family entertainment capital of the world; the home of Disney, Sea World, Epcot, Universal Studios, The Holy Land Experience, Arabian Nights, etc. If golfing is your pursuit, you may use the golf cart supplied with the house to drive to the two 18 hole courses located inside The Plantation. Also three pools, hot tubs, tennis, etc.
