This is an immaculate & incredibly peaceful house that is situated on 1/2 acre parcel on Lake Thomas. The house was completely renovated and updated and is kept to a T!

The fishing is awesome from the private dock! Lake only allows 10hp boats or less. Or simply relax by the fireplace and enjoy life! House has everything waiting for you. Show up with your suit case, a cell phone (if you want phone service! lol) a laptop (Internet service provided ) and we have everything else for you.

Cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay, but if you would like more frequent cleaning that can be arranged for.

You will love this house, and Tampa is easily accessible via the veterans express way which is 1.4 miles from the house.

Property is located just off of the Veterans express way, at the Dale Mabry Exit. It is 1.2 miles north of the exit ramps, which is just north of Cheval Golf and Country Club, one of the more elite communities in Tampa. When you arrive at the property you will be impressed with how close you are to all amenities (Grocery Store and Target are about two miles north) but how peaceful and quiet the property and community are. Parking is plentiful.

Golf: TPC Tampa Golf is located at 5300 West Lutz lake Fern Road and is 2.3 miles from the house. TPC is an awesome course and one that you will thuroughly enjoy.

Notes: This is a truly awesome home that is situated on a 1/2 acre parcel on Lake Thomas. The fishing is great from the private dock. The lake only allows 10hp boats or less to ensure a peaceful stay with us. When you arrive you will find that the house has everything there for you. Just bring a suitcase of clothes, a cell phone (if you want to hear a phone ring) and your laptop (internet access is provided). The Large eat in kitchen has everything there for you, if we have missed anything, we welcome your suggestions! Both bathrooms are equipped with quality linens. All bedding is provided. Cleaning is done at the end of your stay, but daily cleaning service can be arranged for at an additional charge. A full size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. You will be impressed with how peaceful and quiet the property is, and yet how close you are to all the conveniences. (Super Target is less than 2 miles away, and Great restaurants are 10 minutes and less)

The owner's description was exceptionally accurate, and the property was in excellent condition. The owner's service was super. I would highly recommend the property for your visit to the Tampa area. We were in town for the Outback Bowl, and the property could not have been more convenient. The overall cost was a good buy in today's economy.

Perfect Peaceful Vacation

We spent 10 days at this house. It is a beautiful spacious house. Everything is well stock. My husband and I thought it is the most incredibly peaceful time ever. We spent many hours sitting out in the screen house, waching the lake, and waterfowls. The kids love roaming around the house. It's secluded, but is very close to shopping as well.

Bitter Sweet

The Wilson house was wonderful! Secluded enough to enjoy, yet close enough to amenities, that we were able to do all we wanted to do. We were there to celebrate our friendship with our dearest friend. There were 7 woman from 5 different states, coming in on different days, but so enjoying each one! One lady had not seen her friend in over 25 years. We all left with 5 new friends, having not realized that someone else could Love our dear friend as much as we did!

We loved the house, the well stocked dishes, silverware, towels, etc. Being able to use the Internet for computers, Ipads, etc was an extra bonus. The house had enough room for us to all To be together or alone, or in small groups. Just what was needed in this bitter sweet time. Thank you so much...

We were close enough to the base, sites, and airport that we didn't have to spend hours in the van, but far enough to be secluded and have our quiet time with our friend....

Another Relaxing and Peaceful Stay

We just finished our second stay in as many years. We spent six weeks enjoying the house and were sad to leave. The house is ideally located to major roadways and yet is set back in so that as soon as you turn onto Wilson Circle, you feel as though you are in a country setting. The house was spotless and offered plenty of amenities. The owner was responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a home away from home. It is a gem.

We've stayed at vacation rentals all over the country and this one ranks among the best. The cleanliness stands out. The beautiful lake, dock and paddle boat were all amazing. The house is well equipped right down to fishing poles and lures. The reviews were very helpful. Wish somebody had told us ahead of time how well live worms work for catching the fish and I wish I knew what kind of fish we caught. My 6-year-old nephew said it was the best fishing he'd ever done! The turtles do love the worms, too, though. We saw about 20 ducklings. We loved the yard and played 4 square and kickball. And it's secluded while still being within a couple miles of anything you need. Thanks to Jeff!
