Mid '08 - New Stackable Washer Dryer Feb. 09 - Replaced Kitchen Stove/Range and above microwave - new - Whirlpool Summer '09 - NEW A/C & Heat Energy Efficient Cable hook up has many channels and several of the moviie channels too. The Villa is completely furnished with ultra comfortable furniture - not the typical rental unit. You'll only have a need to stock up on food, your toiletries, and take care of your own cleaning.

Pets: I love pets so I'm not difficult here, however the homeowners association does not allow animals over 20 pounds. No puppies allowed and no cats. I enjoy cats, but a cat may leave an odor that is very difficult to remove. Deposits required - non - refundable.
