Our Charming Story Book Home, featured in several Tampa Bay newspapers for it's custom beauty and unique style, was renovated in 2007 by local Artisans and is sure to please. Peaceful hand-painted murals adorn the bedrooms and are found throughout the house. All high-end furnishings and bubbly Hot Tub were purchased in 2007 and were chosen to complement the artists' touch. Equipped with a video library, internet and cable with electronics to keep guests entertained for the duration on their stay. The yard is sprinkled with several delicious varieties of citrus trees and native Florida plants. Sparkling Clean and Comfy Cozy--this is the option you have been looking for in Zephyrhills, located just North of Tampa.

Rates vary depending on the space needed. Please inquire for details concerning holidays, weekends and monthly rates, as these rates will vary. We will require a refundable damage deposit that will be returned when the home is left in the same excellent condition.
