This is an awesome three bedroom two bath condo located directly on the ocean. This unit has spectacular views of the ocean, it also directly overlooks the heated swimming pool. This complex is also a very quite but family oriented building. The kitchen is fully updated and is totally equipped. Both bathrooms are updated. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a full and a twin w/ a trundle, the third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a full size sofa bed in the living room we also provide air mattresses if needed. This is a large unit with plenty of room for a big group of people. The condo is located in Cocoa Beach just north of downtown Cocoa Beach. It's about a mile south of the world famous Ron Jon's Surf shop. It is 15 min from Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Sea World, MGM Studios, Universal and Orlando are all less than an hour away. The Orlando Int. Airport is a straight shot and a 40 min drive. This is a vacation paradise. Come and enjoy

We stayed a week and it wasent long enogh.The place was immacualte and the vews were spectacular a one of a kind condo. Awsome kitchen very very nice vacation rental the best we have been to yet.

We had a wonderful time with this unit! Not only did we have everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves inside we also had fun things for the beach provided! We wanted for nothing!

Perfect rental for our wedding guests

My son was married last weekend and we needed a "home" for several family members for the event. The condo was PERFECT!
The location allowed our family the beach vacation they desired while close proximity to the wedding events. Plenty of room for the baby crib and having the well stocked kitchen allowed them the luxury of not having to depend on restaurant meals all the time. The owner was accommodating and available. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return for another fun family vacation.

Wonderful Owner and Great Location

We rented this condo in order to see the Space Shuttle Launch on February 7, 2008. It is SO close to the beach the kids absolutely loved it. On our first official day there, we checked in with the owner and he was kind enough to give some suggestions on local restaurants. Also, we mentioned some dead batteries and as quickly as that, he provided some new ones at the door! Great stay and I would recommend to any family looking for a spot close to the beach with enough room inside to move around.
