The condo is on the fifth floor of a small complex (32 units total) and is well decorated and fully furnished. The balcony (with entrances from both the living area and the master bedroom) overlooks the outdoor pool, the beach, and the Gulf of Mexico. The white sand beaches of the gulf coast will make any stay at this condo a memorable stay. When not relaxing on the beach, playing in the gulf waters, or taking a leisurely stroll along the beach, you have a world of opportunities to indulge in. Everyone has to eat, and you have many choices. There are numerous seafood and steak houses. There is Cajun food at the Lanniappe. Papa Rocco's serves good spaghetti and pizza. The Pink Pony and Bahama Bob's offers a chance to unwind with a few drinks and a casual meal. . Also shopping is plentiful including the large outlet mall (a bargain shoppers dream) and the upscale shops of the Warf. There are many golf courses, tennis and water sports. There is never enough time for everything.

On the gulf coast of Alabama. All of the normal beach activities plus a private condominium patio. Dining facilities are superb. Absolutely great golf. Large outlet mall as well as numerous antique shops. Excellent city library. City owned Civic Center offers activities for adults as well as children. Air Force Flight Museum is in Pensacola (35 miles). Bellingrath gardens are in Mobile (50 miles). Fresh fruit and vegetables in season are some of the best anywhere.

This condo is everything that is stated in the ad. Great location and view. Very well equipped. The only issue I had was the condo was not clean. It was very, very dusty like noone had stayed there for along time. I would not be happy if I had paid someone $95 to clean this unit. I would rent this unit again keeping in mind that I will have to do a cleaning run through b4 I put my bags down!

we had a great stay in this unit everthing that you could need in the unit.not the first time in gulf shores,but the best place that i have ever been. would rate it a 10 out of 10.

The staff at check in made it hassle free. When we arrived at the condo, it was clean and everything was in it's place. It was nice to have extra bed linens and pillows. It was nice to be on the beach, but still it was affordable. I wish there was a package that included the beach chair rentals with the price of the condo. It was a little cramped for 6 people, but not too badly. THe neighbors were friendly. I wish the rental included paper goods, such as toilet paper and paper towels. It was a hassle once we realized we were out of toilet paper. Overall, my group had a good experience and would use Meyers Real Estate again.
