BONITA SPRINGS, SW FLORIDA, BEACHFRONT CONDO, CLASSY YET AFFORDABLE

This condo was the perfect home base to explore many attractions in the area: Naples, Lovers Key, Barefoot Beach Preserve, and Sanibel Island, just to name a few. The beach was across the street and the chairs and umbrellas that the owners supplied were much appreciated. We (2 adults) were here in the high season of February and we looked forward to coming "home" each day to a pleasant and quiet condo after a busy day of exploring. The condo's kitchen was fully equipped and appliances were updated. The complex of five buildings was surprisingly peaceful and was also well-maintained. Also, this unit is in building 3 which has the WiFi server. The other 4 buildings can't get the signal and must go to building 3's lobby to use their laptops but we were able to receive it right in our unit!

A very affordable condo located 100 yards from the ocean. Very clean and quiet, it was a pleasure to wake up every morning and sit out on the porch to start the day.

All of the amenities you could ask for and located mere minutes from everything you want to do. We highly recommend spending your vacation here and will be doing so ourselves again very soon.

My parents, my 4-year old kid and myself spent two awesome weeks in Maria and Slavko's condo back in August 2011. The unit was clean, with good furniture and fully equipped kitchen to cook our own meals; plenty of beach accessories that came in handy (chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids beach toys). We had to contact the owners regarding couple minor incidents, and they were very responsive and took care of everything immediately. They also were very helpful in recommending local attractions/grocery stores/restaurants, which made it easier for us. As for the size of the studio, it was definitely too tight for 3 adults and a child (and that’s what Maria warned me about); I think it would be a perfect spot for 2 adults though. The Club property is very well maintained, clean and safe; two full-size pools, plus a kiddy pool, most of the time just to ourselves; vacant tennis courts; and, of course, Bonita Beach right across the street. Friday & Saturday night live music at the local Bonita Breeze Restaurant was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend visiting the Barefoot Beach State Preserve - the beach there was THE BEST, a picture perfect of beauty and tranquility. All in all, it was a very low-key/hassle-free family vacation; all we wanted was to spend some quality time together on the coast, which we did. And there's still a ton of fun stuff to do/explore in the Ft. Myers/Naples area, so we're planning to be back, maybe earlier in summer to avoid rain.
