Welcome to Iki Honu (Little Turtle) Cottage, a beautiful, intimate studio home, directly across the street from the famous Kapoho Tide Pools -- Marine Conservation District. Fantastic snorkeling and swimming in volcanically heated tide pools, calm like a bathtub, yet full of coral and fish and sometimes green sea turtles. The home is perfect for a couple, all you need, entire house renewed and upgraded including new appliances, new Travertine floor, new kitchen cabinets, granite counter top and bathroom as of April 2009, super screened Lanai area overlooking the water, new private hot tub Jacuzzi. I loved everything about this place.

It was my husband and my first time in Hawaii. Iki Hono was the perfect experience for our first trip together. We loved the jacuzzi and the lovely ocean view from the bed. This was a lovely place to stay. We will def come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Kapoho Tidepools have fantastic snorkeling. Also this accomodation is one of the closest places to stay if you want to see the lava flowing into the sea. about a 25 minute drive. The spa was nice and everything worked well, we used the kitchen alot and all the oil and untensils and spices were there to use. Great!

The place was very nice, perfect for us, quiet, green, great snorkeling. We wanted to be out of touch, no phones, no TV, no internet. We live in L.A., so we need a vacation from being in touch. The Jacuzzi worked great, and we cooked dinner at home, and the kitchen and Bar be Que worked exceptionally well. The Que ran out of gas, but there was back up. The snorkeling was fabulous and there are a number of interesting places to drive to that are close by.
