Newly built 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with pool. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably and is located only steps from Playa Pelada Beach. The beach is very scenic with white sand. Playa Pelada is perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, or just sunbathing. If you are a surfer, there is world class surfing, just a 5 minute drive away. You are also a short walk from the Nosara river. There you can fish, take a river kayaking tour or just enjoy the beauty of the river. Nosara is a nature lover's paradise with all the comforts that you expect on vacation. There are many fine restaurants in the area. Thank you for visiting and hope to hear from you.

We rented this house in July 2008 and cannot wait to return to Nosara. The photos of this house cannot capture how beautiful it really is. We found all of the comforts of home. Our children loved having the pool and the short walk to the beach.
The people of Nosara are amazing, all of the local restaurants were fantastic. We hope that it stays this rustic paradise on the Pacific.

We had a great time at this rental. The groundkeeper Daniel is very helpful and knowledgeable. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was well kept. We would rent this house again. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is very pretty.
