This place has it all.On the 1st FLOOR there are 4 bath rooms.6 Bedrooms, (2-K,2-Q,4-T).4 Sitting rooms with 2-Q sofa sleepers.The Kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with DISH WASHER & full size washers & Dryers,there is also bar stools for counter seating for 8.The large dinning areas seat 16.The 1st fl. is complete with 2- 465 sq.ft. GAME ROOMS with pool tables & Packmans.The 2nd FLOOR is not lacking in comfort with 4 Master Bedrooms (4-K) with there own private bath rooms, & 2 with private decks with ocean views.There are 2 large sitting rooms with Q-sofa sleepers, Wet bars, Microwaves, refrigerators, tables & chairs.Out side you can relax on 2 covered decks with gas grills.The IN GROUND POOL has plenty of room with chairs & chase lounges for sun bathing.The pool is heated April through November.Relax in the 2-8ft. We are located just steps to the beach (300 feet) with a public walk way entrance and white sandy beaches with ocean water temps that are in the upper 80's You can also walk to local stores, pubs, snack shops.

We are just minuets from Rt.17(Driving) to hundreds of stores, Malls, Outlet, Restraunts, Miniture golf,fishig piers,recreation.Bare Foot Landing,Tangier Outlets and Restraunt Row just to name a few.The newly opened Hard Rock Amusment Park is also just 25 minutes away.

The local Chamber helps publish Information books that you can pick up in almost all stores and restrants that offer discounts on all most every thing you need to buy including restraunts,recreation and merchandise.

The books also include things to do ,highlites,average air and water temps and maps.

My wife and I are just your average couple that enjoys vacations where the weather is warm and the ocean and beaches are clean and the sea breeze is fresh.

We have vacationed in North Myrtle Beach with our childern and Grand childern for the past 30 years and have wonderfull memerories that we will always remember and fell that this is the place we want to spend more time at in our retirement years. We also wanted to have a place that we could share with other families looking for a place that they would be able to build ther own family memories.

Perfect home base for a big family outing!

We rented this home for a big (28 people!) family vacation, and it was the PERFECT home base! The house is well laid out, with plenty of places to congregate OR "hide" when needed. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in, and the adults to cool off in after a day at the beach. There are even two outside showers for washing off the sand!

Speaking of the beach, this house is only a two minute walk from one of the most beautiful ones I've ever been to! Walking distance to two big beach stores and the BEST putt putt golf course we've ever played! Not to mention a great ice creme place across the street.

The house was clean, and provides a number of sleeping options (I think our kids discovered them all!). The rec rooms provided a great place for the kids to play, too! The house is also a short drive to the best of Myrtle Beach, including Alligator Adventure, Restaurant Row, and the Promenade and Boardwalk.

I would not hesitate to rent this house again!
