Popular Maravista area -this cottage is one house from Great Bay- Salt Water. Maravista “peninsula” close to Falmouth village, shopping mall, beaches and scenic 'Great Bay Road' for walking/biking to Falmouth Beaches less than a mile. Cottage has wood floors, bead board paneling, Cathedral Ceilings in Living Room and Kitchen, Detached Garage has a small Card Table and Couch with a Washing machine/Dryer. Great Bay is a port to Martha’s Vineyard Sound, public boat ramp/dock is walking distance, bring your boat launch it daily or take your Kayak carry it a few yards to the saltwater bay. Lastly, the relaxing feel and steps to water views are all around this cottage.

Other popular activities in the area include tennis, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and biking via the “Shining Sea Bicycle Path” to Woods Hole. Falmouth offers four nearby golf courses and numerous fine eateries, lovely boutiques and theaters. Downtown is only three minutes away by car, and 15 minutes to nearby Woods Hole with its world famous Oceanographic Institute and Marine Aquarium (free admission), accessible by both car and bike path. Falmouth Harbor is home to the 'Island Queen', a ferry that runs between the mainland and Martha's Vineyard (a must see day trip). Lastly, the relaxing feel and steps to water views are all around this cottage.

  • Renting the cottage from Sunday Nights @ 7pm to Fridays afternoons @ 5pm during the months of July and August. The 5 night stay is $1,000.00 plus the $400.00 security deposit. However in September and October, renting whole weeks for $1,200.00- Saturdays to Sundays.

Oak Bluffs has a public beach, the historic 'flying horses', micro-brewery, homemade ice cream shops, all on the walkable Circuit Ave with Original Shops and Restaurants.
