This renovated two bedroom bungalow-style home is situated in a lovely neighborhood near Butlers (Peter's) Cove on a large lot and includes a garage. Buzzards Bay access across the street. We are minutes from the Cape, without bridge traffic, 15 minutes to Mashpee Commons, and 15 minutes to the Middleboro Commuter Rail station. A bike ride to Onset Beach and five minutes to Bourne, Buzzards Bay and a great antiques area by Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Bay Pointe Golf Course is less than one mile away. This home is immaculate, has a large freshly painted living room, small office, rear patio, two bedrooms, plenty of parking, and has new appliances - including a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in its full basement. Simple accommodations in a great area. No smoking.

Kayaking and rentals, beach and golf are nearby. Shopping at local antiquing center, outlets and general retail available and several great restaurants are nearby. Local activities include a water slide, bowling, batting cage and miniature golf. Historic Plymouth Rock is just 20 miles away on the other side of the Sagamore Bridge along with the amazing Plymouth Plantation and the Mayflower.
