Our Villa, The Marbella Club is a luxury and exclusive beach front residential community located on the East Coast of 'La Isla del Encanto,' Puerto Rico. A 1,720 square feet Ceiba Model, this is a very spacious and airy Villa with ocean view. The Villa is located in the fourth floor of Andalucía building. Inside the Villa, from all of its areas you can enjoy stunning views of the blue water of the Caribbean Sea, the sandy beaches, and Vieques Island in the distance. During the afternoons you can enjoy of a beautiful sunset. Inside, the accommodations are elegant and comfortable. Spacious living and dining areas professionally decorated. The fully –equipped kitchen is set with stainless steel appliances. This space opens completely onto a terrace from which the most spectacular ocean views are enjoyed. This Villa is fully equipped. Two spacious bedrooms, located at both extremes of the Villa for maximum privacy, provide sleeping spaces for five. 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom

Marbella at Palmas del Mar is the best!!!!!

My husband and I and our two adult children and son's fiance had a wonderful time at Marbella. The villa was professionally decorated and well equipped. Renting directly from the owner was effortless. Contracts and information was relayed professionally.
The ocean view was to die for! We live in Florida, so we are very familiar with beach living.
I would recommend renting this villa for anyone interested in a relaxing, upscale community.

Lovely Marbella Club!! Villa #341. It’s truly a PARADISE. Every morning you wake up to the most beautiful sunrises and a spectacular ocean view. This villa is privately situated with the comfort of an exclusive resort. And it is true, just 44 STEPS TO THE BEACH!!! The villa was very clean and you get 2 times cleaning, so you don’t have to worry at check out.
The owner was prompt, easy to reach and very professional. Her personal attention to all details was excellent.
And the best of all is the PRICE!!! (I made this research!!!)COMPARE WITH OTHER VILLAS AT MARBELLA AND YOU WILL SEE THE DIFERENCE.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Previously we rented through a real estate office, but by going with the owner, we got a much nicer place for less money. The complex is one of the newest ones at Palmas, so everything is modern, clean and in good working order. The villa was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Owner is easy to reach by cell phone (although reception in villa is iffy) and she is very helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and personally showed us around the villa. Great views from the balcony and Master bedroom. Can sit there and watch and hear the ocean. Two beautiful pool areas and whirlpool, plus an uncrowded beach. We love Palmas, but you should know that there's not much in the way of grocery stores (better to stock up on your way down or in San Juan) and restauarants are OK not great. We cooked most of the time, went to David's Cookies for Latte's in the morning, and went out several times in Palmonova Plaza. The water here is fairly rough, which for us is a lot of fun, body surfing and all. Can do surfing, fishing and snorkeling at Palmas, but not windsurfing or parasailing which require a drive to Loquillo or San Juan. Great place to relax and be pampered at the spa. Horseback riding is great, golf, tennis and fitness good too. Enjoyed a visit to El Yunque and Old San Juan, as well. Thanks for a great Christmas holiday!

We spent one week in this wonderful apartment in
the Marbella Club and highly recommend it. The
apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, fully
equipped with first rate appliances, and situated in
the most secluded and beautiful part of Palmas del
Mar. The pools and beach just outside the
apartment building were clean and pleasant, and
the Marbella Club staff were all very friendly and
helpful. The owners were prompt, professional,
and a pleasure to work with.
