Great house with a completely private enclosed, lushly landscaped backyard. Pool is HEATED. Perfect for families with children. Pet friendly too. Home has three TVs, 2 DVD systems, stereo. PlayStation2 game system, 3 in 1 game table (pool, ping pong,air hockey) Quiet neighborhood close to dining and beach. Five minute drive to the beautiful beach of Lauderdale by the Sea. Great park nearby in Imperial Point. House is nicely furnished and has free WIFI. Come enjoy the sunshine !

What a GREAT stay - Thanks Joe and Deidra

My wife and I, along with our parents, stayed at this house in September 2008 for 2 weeks. What a great place. The house is decorated well and is very large for the price. The furniture is nice, the pool is great. There is a kids' room with toys and all.

Joe came over personally to introduce us to the area and was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to see and things to do. Overall, I don't see how someone could do better for the price. We are definitely coming back each year, as this rental is absolute tops for the hospitality and the value.

Great family get away!

The house is very accomodating and comfortable. For the most part I felt like I never left home. The only thing was not knowing my way around an older kitchen.... the aplliances are original to the home (50's). I would recommend this home for famalies with children the pool is great ..never missed the beach!!!!!!!!!

It's funny you should say that about the kitchen. Everyone usually loves my pink theme! I am a big supporter for family reasons and searched high and low on ebay for the older stove and oven when I painted the cabinets pink in support of Breast Cancer. I only wish I could have afforded the retro pink refrigerator to match, but at $5000 I had to go modern on that and the dishwasher. Everyone usually appreciates just being able to hit the high, low or medium button on the stove, as opposed to having to deal with the computer programming on the newer models.
We know the magnetic child locks on the cabinets are kind of a pain for adults but they can be left in the open position when families don't have small children. Those guests who do have kids really love them.
The kitchen is also fully appointed with brand new appliances like toaster, microwave, blender and coffee maker.
Glad you enjoyed our new pool !

Truly a Tropical Paradise

Firstly, Deidra and Joe were amazing hosts. The home is clean comfortable and beautiful.
Deidra and Joe really have a gem in Fort Lauderdale. We were a party of 6 there was lots of room for us, our parents, and children.
The heated pool was fantastic, the privacy was great and the amenities were complete.

Everything was beautiful. The house was very clean and set up beautifully. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous heated pool. From begining to end it was a real pleasure!
