This secluded enclave is a few steps from the soft white sand and turquoise waters of world renowned Vanderbilt Beach. Relax and enjoy! This luxurious three bedroom condo, located one mile west of U.S. 41, is a remarkable vacation opportunity. It offers pools, beaches, great views, a workout facility, nearby shopping and restaurants, and plenty of space to relax. The condo itself is plush, spacious, clean, and most importantly, user friendly. It offers all of the comforts of home and more. The three bedroom and two bath layout includes a large master bedroom with access to the lanai, a walk-in closet and over sized shower. Each bedroom has a television, clock radio, ceiling fan and plenty of closet and drawer space.

Our stay at the Regatta was wonderful. The condo was well equipped with a perfect kitchen, great beach towels, beach toys and even chairs. The furniture was just perfect and we loved our stay.
