The condo decor is very modern , with newer furniture, appliances and electronics. Every luxury has been in included from the new beds that are fitted with 550 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets to the 4 inch pillow top mattress, extremely comfortable. If that wasn't enough we have also fitted the beds with down pillows and thick duvets. The main room has a 42 inch plasma TV, with an up converting DVD player, new couch and love seat in ultra plush material. The bedrooms each have their own 32 inch LCD TV for your viewing pleasure. The gorgeous Kitchen has new Kenmore elite Fridge,Stove and Dishwasher and stainless steel counter appliances. The cupboards are maple, while the countertops are granite. The washer and dryer are also Kenmore elite, total care system. They are ultra quiet and king size capacity. Enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing on the patio with seating for 4. We have thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay at 'Our Place'.

We spent a week at this condo and I would thoroughly recommend it.
2 fantastic bedrooms with en-suite facilities and huge walk in closets.
Living area is nice and open plan kitchen has everything you need.
Shaded (thankfully) verhanda which is lovely to sit and have breakfast at.
Shared pool about 20 yards away and has a jacuzzi and gas barbecues.
Shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk and downtown Scottsdale about a 15 minute drive.
Ideal location for touring to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Apache Trail ( a must do 22 mile unpaved road trip ).

Cannot praise this property enough.

Fabulous vacation in a fabulous condo.

My wife and I stayed at this gorgeous Scottsdale condo for the month of October 2009. The condo had everything that we could wish for - great location, two wonderful pools, and was furnished to the highest standards and spotlessly clean. We've stayed in many places in the US and this condo came with aboslutely everthing needed to make a vactaion great. Particular mention has to be made of the beds - best nights sleep we've had anywhere. Al and Trudy certainly have thought of everything needed to make renting their condo as easy a process as possible - their attention to detail in the information they provide about the condo, neighbourhood and things to see and do in and around Scottsdale is first class. We have rented in the Scottsdale area twice before and although both were good this was by far the best. We would not consider renting anywhere else in the future when we ruturn to Scottsdale. Anyone wanting the perfect holiday in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area should stay at this wonderful condo in the Signature complex.

This condo was extremely well decorated and appointed and had lots of ammenities. It was very clean, the kitchen had everything that we needed and there were plenty of towels and linens.
The pool was very close to this unit and the complex was well maintained.

We spent 2 weeks here and found this the best condo we have stayed in. Easy to acces from airport and well located to visit all Scottsdale locations and further afield to Grand Canyon etc, Restaurants and Safeway Store close by. Very clean and equiped with everything you could think of. Owners very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.

Great vacation place!

We stayed at this condo during spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was very clean, comfortable and has a great location. All the little extras in the condo were a nice touch - from bath soaps, to kitchen supplies, to laundry soap. You don't always see that at other places.
I'd definitely recommend this place to others. It's a very 'homey' place to spend a week!
