Beautiful home set on Lovers Lake in Chatham. Every room has a water view. The house has all NEW furnishings and has been freshly painted and decorated throughout. Enjoy the new mahogany decks right outside each bedroom door, sit outside and enjoy the view! The lovely outdoor seating arrangements along with the brand new gas grill will have you cooking out every night and perhaps putting some burgers on the grill for lunch. You do not want to miss this vacation experience. From the waterfront setting to the wind mill room and the large outdoor patio, this is outdoor living at its best. You will never want to leave this vacation oasis. House includes a Canoe, paddle boat, windsurfing board, life jackets, 2 beach chairs and an iPod docking station for your enjoyment. Chatham is a happy combination of past and present and is old-fashioned, picturesque and yet it offers the best in modern facilities.

  • $525 per night OFF SEASON ONLY! In Season Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
  • $3800 / per week Summer
    $2850 / per week off season
    $525 PER NIGHT 2 night minimum
  • There is a REQUIRED security deposit and REQUIRED cleaning fee. For a two week or more rental period; $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any damages.

    Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half is due one month before you arrive.
