This beautiful, fourth-floor unit is brand new with awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean and the intracoastal waterway. The unit offers three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 37 inch LCD flat panel TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom includes a huge walk-in closet and the master bath has granite counter tops, European cabinets, walk-in shower, and a huge jetted tub for you to wind down after a sun-filled day at the beach. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle bed which can be used as two separate beds or combined to form a king-size bed. The living/family room is beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahamas theme anchored by a beautiful set of Natuzzi leather sofa/love seat, upscale window treatments, surround sound stereo system, and a 42-inch plasma TV.

The Condo is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean and also has great views of the intracoastal waterway. The Daytona Speedway is about a ten minute drive away. Orlando/Disneywold is about an hour away. Kennedy Space Center is about an hour away.

We had an amazing vacation while staying at this condo. Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful and very clean and very well maintained. The description and pictures were very accurate. The area is also perfect for a relaxing vacation!
What we also enjoyed was the fact that everything we needed was close by...we had the grocery store, the mall, the boardwalk as well as many restaurants!
We would love to come here for another vacation and we have already recommended it to others!
It was our first time booking a condo but Bill (the owner) was incredibly helpful and patient and always answered everyone of our questions, before during and after the trip!
