Very nicely furnished one bedroom condo with private den which includes a twin bed. Living room has a queen pull-out bed so the unit will accommodate 5. Sports Village has 3 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, basketball court, sand volleyball, shuffle board, large pool heated year round, two hot tubs, one adult lap pool, kiddie pool, playground, BBQ/picnic area, parking for RV/boat, exercise room, min. golf, and club house. There are many Golf courses in the area with the Sun Brooke golf course just down the street. Our condo is fully furnished with a T.V. in the living room . The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and eat with. The large deck has a gas BBQ grill along with patio furniture. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer and wireless DSL provided in the condo. Cable is also provided. St. George is a wonderful place to find out where 'the summer sun spends the winter'

Tuacahn, the premier outdoor amphitheatre which shows live Broadway shows and concerts, is 5 miles away. St. George LDS Temple grounds is 5 miles away. Dixie Regional Medical Center is 5 miles away. Dixie State College is 6 miles away. St George Airport is 5 miles away.

We had a great time in St. George, staying in this condo. It was very clean, and well kept. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed all of the amenities.
The king bed in the main bedroom was wonderful! One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Perfect amount of room for our family of 5, with one of our children sleeping in the "den" and two of them sleeping on the pull-out bed. Our children are ages 7, 5, and 3, and the condo was very "friendly" to them. There were not alot of breakable things around, and the playground was really close.
We would most definitely stay here again, and we hope to do so.
Owner's Response: Thanks for that nice review. We try really hard to keep a nice place and think of what would be important and helpful to our guests.We will be working on getting a TV in the Master this Summer for your convenience.

The description of the property is accurate. The Sports Village aspect was really nice. We had a pool and access to racquetball, tennis, basketball, and more. We were on motorcycles so I didn't bring my sports gear like I normally would have but it is a great addition to just a place to stay. The owner was really nice and easy to get on the phone for questions. The a/c is awesome! It was near 100-degrees most of our stay and it was nice and cool in the condo. I would recommend this room to anyone! Mesquite is nearby for some gambling or buffets. Zions National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park are within easy driving distance. It was a great weekend!

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice, clean, and well kept. It was perfect for the three of us. The twin bed in the den was great for our 5 year-old son (this really is like a small second bedroom). King size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Owners were very nice and provided good instructions for checking in and out. We had a great time at the pool and playing tennis. Thank you.

Great clean condo w/ everything you need for whichever vacation you have planned. Would stay again. Had great time touring southern utah w/ homey accomodations to rest and relax in.
