Our Beautiful 2 bedroom villa overlooks the 11th fairway of the magnificent Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club.Our first floor unit offers everything that you will need and features a living room ,dining room,full kitchen,wet bar,two full bathrooms,and two separate bedrooms.Just a short walk to the swimming pool,the clubhouse,and the tennis courts.The beaches of Pawleys Island are 5 minutes away. Pawleys Island is located on the south end of 'The Grand Strand' and is just a short drive from Myrtle Beach and it's many attractions.

We cannot be more pleased with our stay. . I like that the Home away website posts detailed information about each rental including a calendar of already rented dates. We contacted the owner through Home Away website. He responded immediately. After sending him the downpayment and several weeks later the remaining rental amount; he sent the keys by express mail. Th property was beautiful, well equiped. They even had dish soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, bleach, downy, baggies of every size, foil, saran wrap, toilet paper. We had brought along some of those and left them there for the next person. The rental was on a golf course, but was very quiet. It was fun to watch the golfers as they went by. This 2 bedroom villa had a bathroom in each bedroom. Each of the bedrooms were able to be locked for privacy. If you were in a bedroom, you couldn't hear the TV or talking in the living room at all. There was a TV in each room. The villa was sparkling clean when we enbtered, the description from the HomeAway website was mor than accurate. We were close to many attractions. We spent a day shopping and eating in Georgetown, and walked the boardwalk along the waaterfront. We went to Brookgreen gardent the first day and found out the entry fee included entry for 7 consecutive days, so we went every day for at least a few hours. You have to go and see the gardens and statuary ride the rice boat,and museums. It has the most statuary in a gardens in the world!!. It is so big that visiting every day for a few h ours was great. The woner was super nice.

My wife and I spent 10 days at this condo/villa in October. We found it to be very roomy and comfortable. The unit was on the first floor which made for easy movement in and out. It was situated in a very quiet and peaceful setting. We felt very secure, as it was a gated- community. All the information and photos were exactly as they were represented. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. We found that this central location was perfect for traveling north to Myrtle Beach area or south to Georgetown and Charleston areas. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again, either spring or fall. Would recommend this condo to families or couples. Of course, mini and regular golf courses were plentiful and at all different rates. The owner was very helpful in accommodating us in making preparations.

My wife and I, have been staying here for 3 months, over the winter period.. This accomodation is perfect for the golf loving family, or group of friends.. It has an awesome view of the 11th fairway, the club house is only 3 minutes walk from your door, with the Palmetto bar there for evening meals or lunch, prices are very reasonable.. The property is very clean, light and spacious..It has everything you will need for the perfect break. Ground floor makes it perfect for all ages.The screened patio area is the perfect place to sit in the evening and watch the last few golfers go by. At night this area is so peaceful, such a great walk around the Plantation grounds with the total feeling of security for all your family. There are two pools within walking distance from this condo. Pawleys island beach is around 3 minutes drive from your door. There are lots of places for eating out from quiet meals for couples to something for the whole family. Also there are 4 other great golf courses within 6 minutes drive, You will find yourselves truly spoiled for choice as to which great course to play next. Once you have played these courses there are another 4 10 minutes away heading north into Litchfield.. If you love the beach or golf this place is for you...Or if you just want a break away from the busy world this would be the perfect retreat, just leave the busy world at the gates on the way in..Having been here for so long we can understand why we have seen so many people come in for that well earned weekend break.. We would recommend this condo to everyone we know.
