The Napa Vacation Bungalow is a unique 3 bedroom. 2.5 bath retreat in Old Town Napa in the Napa Valley Wine Country. The Main House has 2 bedrooms PLUS the Garden Studio has its own bedroom, another full bath and it's own kitchenette.

Main House and Garden Studio for one price!: The property is comprised of a Main House and Garden Studio - both are rented together for one price. (There is no extra charge for the Garden Studio!) The entire property has been refurbished 2011- 2012.

The Main House is a complete home with two bedrooms, one and a half baths, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining room seating eight, living room with a 42'' flat screen TV, DVD movie library, private office, WiFi, stereo system filtered water, wine cooler and everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Each bedroom can be configured to have it's own toilet and sink.

The Garden Studio offers a King bed, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchenette, and seating area. Two french doors lead from the Garden Studio to the Studio's own semi-private deck adjacent to the spa. This makes entertaining around the spa convenient and fun.

The garden offers three separate redwood decks, a giant 25' tall black bamboo grove, water fountain, apple and maple trees. The gardens feels quiet, private and secluded.

The Napa Vacation Bungalow is a GREEN property.: We recycle yard waste, glass, plastic, metal, paper, we have an on-demand hot water heater, over 95% of our lighting is warm LED or warm fluorescent, the entire yard and gardens are on drip irrigation, we participate in Pacific Gas and Electric’s SmartAC program and we’re a short walk to downtown. We be GREEN!

About Paul Cotten

Both of us are originally from the midwest. Bill is a professional photographer and hair stylist. Paul works for the University of California San Francisco directing research projects. He also is film and stage actor (improv and scripted) and ex-musician/composer. Both ride BMW motorcycles (R1100Rs) all over the incredible California landscape. We both love creating great living spaces. We do a lot in our local communities to bring people together for fun, food and wine.

Bill and Paul visited friends in Napa and fell in love with Napa's geographic beauty, world-class restaurants, wineries and its proximity to San Francisco. They searched for many months to find the perfect home. The Napa Vacation Bungalow turned out to be an ideal location balancing privacy with access by foot to downtown Napa shops, spas and restaurants. With so much within walking distance and wine tours available to pick you up from our home, you can enjoy an auto-free vacation!

Guests who stay at the Napa Vacation Bungalow have told us that the pictures on the web don't do it justice! They find the home peaceful, relaxing and quiet, with everything possible provided and that they'd come back in a heartbeat. We've strived to create a special place that isn't fussy or uptight and doesn't feel like a rental but feels like your home might feel. We've created a place that we love to visit when we can and we reasoned that if we really liked it, others would too. And it worked! We are always thrilled when guests arrive at our house and we watch the reaction on their faces as they see the property for the first time. All bathrooms come with towels, hairdryers, soap, shampoo, feminine hygiene products and good ventilation. We offer large, fluffy body towels, head and hand towels.

We use 400 thread count sheets, luxurious memory foam, and have both down and non-down pillows and throws.

We had an incredible time in Napa - and this vacation bungalow had a lot to do with it. The description and photos on the website were very accurate. The home was extremely clean and had every ammenity that you would need. The owners responded to email inquiries promptly; they provided great suggestions on things to do in Napa and surrounding areas. This was a girls getaway - we toured during the day and came home at night to cook dinners, sip wine, listen to music, and relax on the deck or in the jacuzzi. It is within walking distance to town where there are great restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

From the first email I sent to inquire about the property to the last email I rec'd notifying me of my deposit refund Paul was responsive, professional and honest. Very refreshing. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like...everything was in working order, the hot tub was super clean and the women in our group loved it. If you like what you see on the website rent it...because what you see if what you get and the owners are incredibly easy to work with. I give the owners and the "Bungalow" 5 Stars because there wasn't a choice for 6 Stars.
