Raised Chalet- 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms,-(Sleeps 16)

This New 3400 square foot, three-story raised chalet features a large 15' vaulted master suite with an awesome view of the lake from its private balcony. Relax in the master bath with its Jacuzzi tub, Dry sauna, and steam shower for those sore muscles. Four other huge bedrooms and two additional full baths complete the sleeping accommodations. The family room features a 20' raised ceiling, a gorgeous window display, and a wood burning stone fireplace. The game room has an 8' Lexington pool table, large screen TV with DVD/VCR, Gaming table with Roulette, Craps, Black Jack, And Poker. This house is a perfect getaway with all the amenities. Our home sits on a large wooded lot with one huge deck in the front of the home for barbecue and relaxing and a smaller deck off the master slider for a view of the lake. Includes patio furniture and weber grill. The lake is within walking distance and allows fishing.

This house is perfect for the family or multiple families. We have the same house directly next door for the larger family reunions as well. The house has three levels and a full bath on each level. There is too many attractions to see, a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder ski area, 10 minutes to historic Jim Thorpe town carved within the two mountains. There you can enjoy a Locamotive train ride in the valley or a theatre show as well as shopping and ice cream shops and tea shops. 15 minutes will get you to the Camel Beach waterpark,with its large slides and wave pool. Only 5 minutes is the largest White water Rafting and Paint Ball center. Amenities are offered to each area with paddle boat rentals and canoe rentals as well as the Olympic size pool. You will love this house and location.

Perfect Group Ski House

This house was perfect for our long ski-weekend. It was close to both Jack Frost and Big boulder. It has PLENTY of room for our large group comfortably...18 of us. It was clean and well equipped. The sauna was cool as was the large steam shower (perfect after a day of skiing). Nice game room/tv room area for the older kids in our group. Very easy to set up and work with the owner. Beautiful windows! Nice remote area.....probably very pretty in the summer season as well... 3 levels.....of living! Modern. Can't reccommend more than Skiing....as it was all we did. Nice serving kitchen for large group. There are outlets nearby for the ride home. Be sure to bring your own sheets & blankets. Price was right for what we got!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: This is generally the response I receive from this home. The house is very spacious and has every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation.I will start to ask current renters to give a review as well so future renters can see why they must rent this home. I own the house next door and lot surrounding the house to make it that much more private and most importantly quiet.

Great Getaway

This was a great house for our quick weekend getaway! We went with 4 other adult couples to celebrate a few birthdays and there was plenty of room for more. The house was clean, in a very easy to navigate area, and we were able to spread out, or stay close together in this very roomy house. The weather wasn't great, so we hung in the house all weekend, but it was still perfect.
The owner was very easy to work with and we will most certainly be returning to the same place!

All I want to say is the house is perfect for bigger family or group of friends, very spacious with good layout. we had 8 adults and 6 kids stay there for a ski trip, we were all very satisfied, kids also had a good time.
Owner's Response: Very nice family group that rented the property and generally the target rental group for the house. The house is for multiple family vacations to reunite or have family gatherings and enjoy each others company. I work hard so my renters can enjoy their stay and utilize the vacation time they have as best I can.

Great place to stay

Great place! I've been to many different cabins, and one of the best places. We had 14 guests and the place big enough to accomodate us all without any problems. The owner, Alex is great as well. We had a slight trash problem on the last day, where the township would not let us throw away the trash without a permit (only 1 permit was given with a specific license plate #, but the car had to leave earlier in the morning due to a baby's fever), but Alex allowed us to leave the trash in packed condition for his cleaning people to clean. Alex worked out with us for any additional fees to more than what we expected. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Vacation House

We had our family vacation last month (July 2010) in this rental. It was fantastic. The house is spacious, Ceiling fans in all rooms are wonderful. The upstairs spa shower was a total hit for everyone. This house is close to community beach and pool plus convenient to all other attractions as well. We will definately come back another time. We all wish we were still there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
