Enjoy this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home conveniently located off Cape Coral. Parkway in the desirable Southwest section of the Cape. This home with east exposure and an oversized lanai and heated pool, has a breathtaking view of intersecting canals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new ceramic cook-top stove, all new small appliances, dishes, glassware and utensils. There also is a new washer and dryer, cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, wireless Internet, new linens and towels, gas grill, patio furniture and 2 car garage.
