Our Casa Paloma property is a 2,000 Sq. Ft. New Single Family 4BR/3BA Home built in 2007. It features a Heated Pool with a Jacuzzi & Game Room. Casa Paloma sits within an oasis of swaying palms, with rich green foliage and exotic flowers in one of the newest resorts in the area. The Aviana Resort offers a gated community within an easy drive of Disney and the facilities of a top class resort. At the luxury clubhouse you will find full club house facilities, an Internet Café, a 24 hour fitness center, a games arcade, a huge pool, a large jacuzzi, volley ball courts, a putting green, a children's play area and a fully stocked fishing lake. The Aviana Resort Community sits on US 17-92, approximately 5.9 miles south of the Champions Gate 1-4 exit, just a 10 to 15 minute drive from Walt Disney World. Casa Poloma features its own screened and heated private swimming pool with a raised spa for extra comfort and relaxation. The resort clubhouse is over 6,500 square feet, and is surrounded by a large sparkling guest pool, splash area (for the kids), tot-lot and sand volleyball court. Inside, the clubhouse features a cyber café and video arcade, fitness center, guest gathering room, and reception area.     Departure Cleaning fee is $100.00 USD - Rates are All Inclusive of Taxes!

    Deposits: $500 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to the $500 damage deposit due at time of booking.

    Cancellation Policy: Full deposit refund if canceled 60 days prior to reservation. We strongly suggest that our renters take out travel insurance especially during hurricane season.
  • Full rental rate due 60 days prior to arrival.
    Maximum of 8 occupants in Casa Paloma(Sleeps 8 Comfortably).
    Minimum Age Limit is 25.

My husband and I took our 3 1/2 year old daughter and 3 grandparents on a trip to Disney World. This house was extremely nice and a comfortable place to stay (especially when compared to a cramped hotel). It was an easy drive to all the parks, and my daughter keeps asking to go back to her "new house." I would recommend this home and this rental service to anyone. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was clean and updated. All of the baby things were very handy for us, since we brought along our 6 month old daughter. It was a nice surprise to have the protable crib, pack-n-play, and high chair. Having a grill was really useful as well, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The only recommendation that I would have to improve the house is to maybe supply the kitchen with general necessities such as aluminum foil, and cooking spray, etc. We will definitely come back and stay at Casa Paloma next time we are in the area! Thanks again!

The stay at this home was great. This was our second booking with MSR, our first being in N Miami Beach. I was very please with the home and décor. My husband and I came for a getaway from the kids, but we couldn’t help but think that we need to come back with the kids and grandparents and take the family to Disneyworld and the other parks Oralndo has to offer. It is only about a 15 minute drive from Disney and we drove to the East Coast near the Space Center and it only took an hour! We needed help with the WIFI and the owner answered the phone straight away and helped us out. Everything was great! I will book here next time we decide to come to the Orlando area, it is a much better value than any hotel!

We had a great stay at your lovely home. We went to the parks every other day so stayed in on the off days. The kids loved the pool and everyone stayed busy. It was very comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The clubhouse was an added bonus!

We had a great stay in your home. It was very well kept and well represented on the site. We especially loved using the clubhouse ammenities and the use of the baby stuff in the house.
