The condo's private balcony and two sets of French doors overlook the private lake and the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful emerald green waters and sugar-white sandy beaches are just across the street. This popular vacation condo is in the heart of quaint Gulf Place Town Center and is one of the most popular condos on the Beaches of South Walton's prestigious Scenic 30-A. OUR CONDO: Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in master with private bath, a romantic 'Caribbean Room' featuring a queen bed, a queen sofa sleeper and two bunks recessed into the hallway. Also available is a Pack-n-Play for an infant. The complex also features a convenient elevator, charcoal grills, and 3 pools (one heated) with sundeck & jacuzzi, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Our condo also has FREE WI-FI.

Gulf Place is quiet and peaceful (no high rises, traffic or congestion) yet easily accessible to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahuna water park, dolphin cruises, fishing, go-cart tracks, miniature golf, numerous restaurants and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest upscale outlet mall in the Southeast). Two new Publix Grocery stores have just opened nearby.

My husband Tommy and I just spent 5 glorious days at Gulf Place Carribean
#302. This beautifully furnished condo was just perfect. It faced 30A, was nearby to great restaurants and stores and was just what the doctor ordered for us!
I highly recommend this rental and hope to come back soon.

This unit was fantastic! We loved it! unit has a wonderful view of the ocean and evening sunset! A 3 minute walk to the beach was a real plus and a wonderful pool to cool off in was also great. You are walking distance to the shops, restaurants so if you forget something...no need to drive. The unit is nicely decorated and nice and neat. There is plenty of room for the family to enjoy

This vacation unit was wonderful. We found it to be very neat, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The gulf view was fantastic. The amentities were plentiful (great pool, tennis courts, and BBall courts). Free concerts for the family at town center, several shops and restaurants within walking distance. We could also rent bikes and/or kayaks at Moon Doggies. Thanks so much for your hospitality. We have many fond memories. We will definately return as soon as we can!!!
