NEWLY RENOVATED TWO THOUSAND SQFT LUXURY LOFT IN NOHO NEW YORK CITY

Our family planned a special holiday to celebrate my wife and my 50th Birthdays. We had heard and read so many great things about New York so our plans were to make sure we did it right! We searched and researched to find the right place for 6 of of us to stay together where we could celebrate Christmas as well.
The Loft was just perfect! We received excellent assistance from both Jenny the owner and her assistant in New York Laura in making the booking and all of the arrangements. Including arranging for the food for us to cook Christmas lunch to be delivered and unpacked in the kitchen prior to our arrival.
Jenny's driver in New York Wardner collected us from JFK. His knowledge and advice about NYC was fabulous and he is a lovely guy. He also drove us back at the end of our 2 week stay.
This apartment is well positioned near a number of subway stations to allow you to see all of Manhattan with ease. It has a luxurious feel, yet it allows you to make yourself a most comfortable home.
We enjoyed the local neighbourhood and ate in a number of the great local eateries. The Wholefoods Store nearby had all of our requirements to cook at home.
We had high hopes for this apartment and can say that all our needs were met. It was just perfect.
Topped off with our daughter and her fiancé announcing their engagement on New Years Eve.

This is a great apartment located on the doorstep of Greenwich and East Villages, which is very convenient for many good restaurants, bars, music venues and shopping. There are three subway stations within approx. 5 minutes walk and also a well stocked "Whole Foods" supermarket nearby.

Overall, the apartment was generally clean on arrival, but one or two light fittings would benefit by some attention from a feather duster. However, that didn't detract from what is a great space and a fantastic base for exploring New York. The kitchen is well appointed with all the gadgets you need for an extended stay, and the living area was comfortable for chilling out with adequate seating.

Customer service from the owner was very good from start to finish. Booking the apartment and paying the deposit was straightforward, and we were met promptly on arrival by the owner's representative to show us in and around the apartment. The fact that we arrived before the 5pm check-in time was no problem either. On departure, we received prompt confirmation that all was OK and our security deposit was refunded in full within a couple of days with no issues or quibbles.

A minor point of caution - although the ad says the apartment sleeps six, the "house rules" say only a maximum of five people are permitted to stay at the loft, so would advise this aspect is checked out with the owner if you are planning to accommodate six people. We were only a party of four so it wasn't an issue for us.

All in all, we had a fantastic time, and this spacious and convenient loft was a major contribution to the full New York experience!

The description of the property was very accurate. The loft is in a great location especially if you want to experience different parts of the city! This place looks like something out of a magazine.

I have no complaints about the loft and its location. The only experience that should have been different was my interaction with the owner of the property. She has great taste and has an awesome place but customer service is not her strength. From the start I was spoken to with a very unpleasant "short" attitude. Even when being courteous and thanking her for allowing us to stay in her wonderful loft and asking about how long it would take for our deposit to come back, she replied only with "it takes up to 30 days." That was a ludicrous response especially since we left the place in mint condition. After a few emails back and forth, the owner finally confirmed that the loft was in perfect condition, she issued the refund of the security deposit.
