This lovely 1 bedroom furnished condo was recently renovated and has granite and designer tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped. The bedroom has ocean views, plantation shutters, and a king size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa, fireplace, patio, and breathtaking views of the ocean and the coastline. There is an adjacent dining area and a barbecue on the patio. The complex is located on the beach, has tennis courts, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. The unit is fully furnished with linens and kitchen equipment, and has Internet access and cable. There is a washer and dryer in the complex.
