Inviting two-story beachfront townhome waiting for you to enjoy! There are two bedrooms on the lower level, with the Master Suite on the second level. The kitchen and living/dining areas are also on the second level, giving you a wonderful view of the water, even from the kitchen! The balcony on the second level offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee or watching the kite boarders, and other activities. Light hardwood floors throughout the second floor, combined with tall ceilings and an open floor plan allow you to soak in the scenery and relax from the moment you arrive. Our beautiful home is tastefully decorated with leather furniture in the living area and a king size four-poster bed in the Master Suite. There is an over-sized closet in the master suite, and a plenty of room to relax at the end of a sun-filled day! We have a fully-equipped kitchen and wet bar complete with outdoor glasses.

General Information: There are light hardwood floors on the upper level and white tile floors on the lower level and in the kitchen. Light, airy, peaceful....those are the words that best describe this property. There are many paintings throughout the home that help give it that 'beach house' feeling. Light wood with glass and white leather furniture add to the charm and appeal. This property has never been rented and is in immaculate condition! There is outdoor furniture on the upper balcony and on the lower patio, with some additional chairs that you take to the beach! There are beach towels and boogie boards for your use, as well as a library filled with wonderful novels and videos. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you feel right at home with everything that you need. There are storm windows and doors, with shutter blinds in each bedroom for privacy when you need it, and will open up to let in the light whenever it is time for sunshine.

Long-term renters welcome: Please contact us regarding any questions for those interested in a long-term rental agreement. Discounts will apply, and maid service is available.

Other Activities: Deep Sea fishing and dolphin watch tours available as well as Schlitterbahn!

This was the perfect beach house for our family reunion! It's clean and very comfortable, the house includes anything and everything you might need, and the view from upstairs is spectacular!! The adults and the children in our group all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this property!

Great Family Destination

Sets the stage for a great getaway! This was perfect with little ones - easy beach access, best of all they were able to wash off the sand on the outdoor patio shower - so no messy floors! Layout is wonderful - 2 familes can share this space very comfortably. The home even had the latest DVD's (if you have time to watch TV - unfortunately, we did not). Would book again and hopefully will soon!

The sun beckons...

My family, our friends, and I had a wonderful time exploring SPI while calling this house our temporary home during the month of August. The views are spectacular and the sound of the waves from the upstairs balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail, share some laughs, or read a book while enveloped by the sound of the tranquil waves. Dealing with such amiable renters made the experience that much more pleasant. If you are in need of some deserved downtime, treat yourself to a stay at this house.

Perfect Vacation Spot!!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience while staying in this townhome. The website description and pictures were right on, and the owners went above-and-beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The ocean was no more than 40 yards from our back patio, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views, both day and night. We will most certainly rent this property again in the future!!!
