Very Clean & Comfortable Beach Block Condo with a Pool. This 2 bedroom 2 bath is an end unit located on the 1st floor. The Bayberry Condominiums have been completely renovated and contains only 14 condos. .The 3rd floor contains a common area large sun deck to enjoy viewing the ocean, boardwalk rides, & fireworks on Friday nights. This unit offers central air/heat, cable TV, common washer & dryer (coin-op), ,assigned parking for 1 vehicle. No smoking, no pets. Families only. The Condo is located at the corner of 23rd & Surf Ave on the beach/boardwalk side of North Wildwood. It's a great location that puts you close but not too close to the action. Entering the boardwalk turn right and you are just a few block from the first amusement pier.

It the Morning you can rent bikes to ride the boardwalk. In the area you can enjoy: Fishing Charters, Golf Courses, Jet Ski Rentals, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Sightseeing Charters, & Zoo. You are approx. 30 minutes from the Casino's and 10 minutes from Cape May.

This property is nice, clean, and attractive with very new furnishings. We were there in October so the good sized pool was closed. There is assigned off street parking for one car. The master bedroom is very adequate and comfortable. The second bedroom is smaller and crowded with a full size bed and twin bunk beds. The location is very close to the boardwalk and beach.

This place is at a great location and has everything you need, right down to a water purifer for drinking water. They even give you a little welcome packet with a dish cloth, dish towels and a sponge. I even bought disinfectant, and they had that too!

The pool is very nice, The heater broke when we were there, but it was on the last day, so we got our time to swim in a warm pool.

The location is great! We were only steps to the boardwalk. My husband and daughter would ride their bikes on the boardwalk every morning. My daughter is 7 and is very lazy, being close to the boardwalk was key!

We plan on staying here every year if our budget allows us. The place sleeps 8, but that would be pretty crowded. I would say 6 would be a more comfortable stay. The 2 bathrooms were great too! I used one to wash out the suits every day and the other for bathing. This way we always had a place to dry our suits.

It's a wonderful place and the owner is extremely helpful.
