This luxurious beautiful, lakefront condo overlooks the Walden Marina at Lake Conroe.***It Has Been Totally Redecorated And Upgraded with New Granite Counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Tiled Floors Throughout, & Large Screen TV***. It is optimally situated on the second floor affording a panoramic view from either the living room or master bedroom balconies. There is a swimming pool within 150 feet of our unit and free boating docking available directly in front the condo. (Please note: Boat launching and trailer storage must be arranged by the renter with a local marina or storage facility. Boat trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking area.) With the wide array of possible recreational activities and opportunities for relaxation, you will likely be planning your next visit even before your stay is over. My 7 year old couldn't stop talking about "the view". I have to admit is was great! It was a relaxing place to stay and the owners were very easy to work with.

Condo on Lake Conroe

Lovely and clean...what more could you want and it's right on the lake also. Two of my sisters and one grown niece and I wanted a place to meet and enjoy some time together that was centrally located to where we all live, and this was the place! Melissa was very helpful in everything we asked her about. One sister did say if she would give the name of the streets when she gave us the directions, it would help (but she was the only one who got lost!). I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. There's a marina right there where you can rent boats, jet ski's, etc. plus fishing from the bank.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Almost perfect

This property is very good. The furnishings were updated, very nice patio and view, and very spacious for a 2 BR. Getting in and out was easy and the owner was very helpful w my inquiries. Would have rated a 5 star but the main TV was old and worked poorly ( a very cheap fix these days!) and there was no grill or place you could bring your own and set up conveniently. Stayed in the off season, so most of the summer season activities were not available so i can't tell you if those are any good or not
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The flat panel 42" TV in the living room was purchased in Oct 2007, not sure what this renter is referring to, perhaps she is referring to the older TV in the bedroom. We plan to have a grill by the summer grilling season.

Weekend with the family

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was located near the boat storage facility so it was a short trip across the lake to the condo. Being able to keep the boat at the condo dock was so convenient also. All we had to do was walk outside and we were in the boat. The condo had everything we needed except our food and clothes. My grandchildren loved being out on the balconies. They could see the boats on the lake as well as watching people fish off the pier. We would go back again and again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
