This luxurious beautiful, lakefront condo overlooks the Walden Marina at Lake Conroe.***It Has Been Totally Redecorated And Upgraded with New Granite Counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Tiled Floors Throughout, & Large Screen TV***. It is optimally situated on the second floor affording a panoramic view from either the living room or master bedroom balconies. There is a swimming pool within 150 feet of our unit and free boating docking available directly in front the condo. (Please note: Boat launching and trailer storage must be arranged by the renter with a local marina or storage facility. Boat trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking area.)

With the wide array of possible recreational activities and opportunities for relaxation, you will likely be planning your next visit even before your stay is over. You will Love This Relaxing Environment.

Attention Boat Owners: If you bring your boat during your stay it can be docked t no additional charge directly in front of the condo. Please note however, you will have to range your own launch and trailer storage. There are several marinas in the area and prices are reasonable. My 7 year old couldn't stop talking about "the view". I have to admit is was great! It was a relaxing place to stay and the owners were very easy to work with.

Our one month stay at the condo was very enjoyable. There is a fabulous view of the sailboats in the marina along with a view of the lake over the marina. The beds were comfortable, but the chairs in the living room are a bit worn. The patio out front with seating is a plus and also the electric grill on the balcony. The herons were nesting behind the condo unit and were interesting to listen to. Overall, the Walden area is very nice with plenty of good restaurants!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We had a nice stay at this condo, a few bumps but everything thanks to the owners turned out great. Would recommend this condo to friends and relatives. Lake Conroe is a very peaceful place in April.

Great vacation

The Condo we rented was in a perfect location with an awesome view! We were very pleased with the furniture, the beds were very comfortableand the kitchen appliances and items offered to us to use were very plentiful.. We also used the Walden Yacht Clubs pool which was SO fun. They have a snack area, lifegaurds that were very nice, and alot of tables with umbrellas. The pool overlooks Lake Conroe which was nice. We felt very spoiled in all areas of this vacation. The only negative comment I have would be about the tile floors. To the naked eye they appeared clean. After about 10 minutes of all of us walking on them barefoot we realized they were extremely dirty. I actually had to go to WalMart to buy a Wet Swiffer to clean them. After 2 go arounds with the Wet Swiffer the floors were alot better but still not as clean as I would have wanted them. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for a vacation. We hope to go back again next summer !

Beautiful Views and Comfortable Condo

Not being from the area, we were looking for a "homelike" place to stay. We found a great condo that was very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view was a great start and end of the day. It was clean and had everything you could ask for. I would recommend this condo and if we get back here I would love to rent it again. Thanks to the Adams for great directions and allowing us to use their place.
