This stunning executive luxury 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is situated in Tuscan Ridge overlooking the tennis court. It has a keyless entry & is a corner lot which provides more privacy. Located on Highway 27 only minutes away from Interstate 4 providing access to all the main traveling routes in Central Florida including Disney which is 12 minutes away.
The accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, a queen bedroom, & two twin bedrooms. The first master contains a king sized bed & has a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with large Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. It also has two separate vanity areas, large walk in closet and a separate closet for towels and linens. The second master contains a queen sized bed & has an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk in shower. The third & fourth bedrooms contain two twin sized beds. Bedroom five has a queen bed.
All bedrooms have TV with cable. The two master suites & other queen bedroom have DVD players. The large modern kitchen comes complete with all appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook area which is ideal for informal dining & a living area with a 60” TV, DVD player, & over 200 channels. Another living room with a 64” TV, DVD/VCR combo, over 70 movies, books, & board games, desk & chair for using your laptop with free wifi internet, & formal dining room make this extremely spacious home ideal for up to 12 guests to enjoy. Adjacent to the formal dining room there is a fully equipped laundry room. Outside the pool has a deck with a covered lanai & ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. This area is fully screened, keeping the pool clean and has an outside shower to use when you get out of the pool. In the garage is a games room with a pool table, Foosball, air hockey, TV for play station 2, two video games chairs, 26 PS2 games, wheel & pedals, & electronic dart game.
