Condo is much more than described. Condo was well equipped and very clean. I very much enjoyed my stay and would like to stay here again in the near future.

I would definitely recommend this condo to future vacationers.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the condo is. The condo is right by the ocean, it is well kept and clean. The owners are wonderful to rent from. We were there in May and it was my first vacation to Florida and the ocean. Definitely hope to come back.

I have been vacationing in the New Smyrna Beach area for over 30 years. My wife & I just spent the month of January 2008 in this condo. The staff at the Colony Beach Club is outstanding. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

The condo facility is well maintained, accessable and located close to everything in the area.

The condo is very nice, well furnished and excellantly maintained.

I would recommend staying at this condo
