This exquisitely furnished condo is available with 1 or 2 bedrooms (see below for rates) and awaits you with contemporary style and spectacular views from our 2 private patios: the crystal-clear Caribbean sea and neighboring islands Saba, Statia and St. Kitts from our oceanfront patio plus the French side of the island and Anguilla from the patio that connects both bedrooms. You will surely enjoy the full array of amenities, e.g. 42-inch LCD TV in the living room, LCD TV's in both bedrooms, free Broadband Internet, room-controlled Central A/C, state-of-the-art stainless-steel Kitchen Aid® appliances, walk-in closets and a Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath. Our condo at ‘The Cliff’ gives you a sense of having a private home just minutes away from all the entertainment. Fine linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryer and iron are all provided.

Fantastic family vacations

Loved the beaches! Condo was great! View superb Marks Place - Best Ribs, Snorkeling - excellent. Baie Rouge, lollipops taste better in SXM.

We had a great time in your condo and around SXM, my brother goes to AUC, down the road, and his families were tour guides. Bamboo Bernie’s: Sushi lunch - excellent! . Lottery farm: zip-lining / obstacle – excellent! Baie Rouge, Orient Beach, Mullet Bay Beach were all great beaches to play in the sand and surf for the kids. Day trip to Anguilla the ferry had choppy water but the beaches there were great as well. Izi’s - great Italian food, Le Moulon Fou – steakhouse in Porto Cupecoy - amazing. We would love to come back some day ! Thank you!!

Back for 2nd time!

Our 2nd year back to the Cliff, we enjoyed ourselves at this wonderful condo and loved the views from both balconies. Loved our evening dinners in Grand Case and outings for our girls ( ages 3yrs and 8 month ) at children’s beach!
