WOW...that's what you'll say when you stay at this house. The Puffer's have EVERYTHING covered here. It starts before you even get to the house, their informative emails before your trip, and packet of information you get before you leave are invaluable. They send you everything you can possibly need, and even give great advice on what to do at the parks and what grocery stores have the best prices! What they stock the house with is amazing. I don't have little kids any more, but they have strollers, booster seats, high chairs...yes all multiples, and that was what I could see...I'm sure there's lots more there for your little one. For the big kids (teens) there's a game system and TV in every room, and the game room is just out of this world. That Simpson pinball machine is great. Then for the Big, big kids (Adults) there a game system and TV in every room! (Yes, I said that twice). The hot tub in the pool was exactly what we needed at the end of each day. The big comfy couch was also a welcome site after a long day a the parks. What tops this all off, is the gated community that you're in. It's far enough from 192 that there's hardly any traffic, but so close to Disney...really 10 minutes in the car and you're at Magic Kingdom! We've now stayed here twice, and we will again for our next Orlando vacation...I always say I'd love to go for 3 weeks, 2 for the parks and one just to enjoy the house. Really, it's all in the details, from the small like arm floaties, and toys for the pool, to the big like the updated appliances and game room, this rental house is really a "Home". As my 4 yr old nephew said everyday on our way home from the parks..."Are we going to our new house now?".

We have been to Disneyworld and the Orlando area several times over the past few years. This time we wanted to try something a little different and more relaxing than the onsite madness that we generally experience; we are so glad we did!

We cannot say enough good things about Tropical Retreat! Starting from the first contact with Terry we knew we were in for something special. Response times were sometimes measured in minutes not days or weeks like other homes we were looking at renting. Communication was always professional and responsive.

Upon arriving at the home we were very happy to see the pictures and reviews captured the property very well and everything was clean, organized and ready for arrival. Having the space and conveniences of home made for a special trip and much needed relaxation time. The location is ideal to be just a few minutes away from everything and secure and separated enough to feel like you were truly getting away.

We loved the heated spa and relaxed down most evenings there. Adults and kids agreed the game room was spectacular and provided a great unique benefit we hadn't experienced before.

We are already planning our return trip for next year and are just trying to find some dates that work. It books early for a reason and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home of this size in the area.

Terry's tropical retreat was a wonderful home away from home. We stayed for a week in February 2012 and found the house and many personal touches to be just perfect for 3 adults and two children ages 9 and 11. In fact it could have easily held twice that many people. The kids loved the game room - pool, air hockey, pop it basketball, video games. The adults loved the heated pool and hot tub after long days at the parks. The recent upgrades to the kitchen (new stainless appliances, granite countertops, nice dishwasher) made cooking quite enjoyable. There were even iced cups in the freezer to pour drinks into for enjoying by the poolside. Everything was organized and labeled very nicely. Pretty much anything you needed was in the place - Kuerig coffee maker and coffee packs, mickey mouse waffle maker, blender, plenty of plates and utensils. The weber grill on the patio appeared brand new and was in top working order. The landscaping was lovely and drew in those tiny little lizards that the kids adored (outside of course). And oh yeah, the internet WIFI connection was screaming fast at 8Mbps!!!

Terry was very professional and quick to respond when we had any questions prior to signing on. The rental through HomeAway and using PayPal provided an extra level of comfort when renting this new place. But after working with Terry it is clear that he cares very much for this special place, putting money and so many personal touches into it. The YouTube videos, online photos, and other promotional brochures and info that Terry sent were invaluable in helping us to make our decision to stay at the Tropical Retreat that much easier. I am sure we will visit again, as it would be difficult to go back to a much smaller Disney property.

Thank You Terry for making this a truly special vacation getaway. I only hope that I can still find a week of availability next winter after word spreads of your amazing property.
