On the Ski Slope! This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath, loft and Sauna, all cedar chalet is located on the Ski Slope at Locust Lake Village and is within walking distance to the beach and playground. You and your kids can Ski from our back door right on to the Ski Slope. Our cabin has a Sauna for those cold winter days. This chalet styled cabin is what you would expect in a Mountain Home with its Rustic Alpine Decor and Wall of windows facing the Ski Slope!

Things to do: Year Round Resort Area! Spend the summers fishing, ATV'ing, biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, swimming, all types of boating, shopping, golfing, and more! Ski, tube and snowboard at any of the 5 Ski Mountains. Jack Frost and Big Boulder are less than 5 miles, 15 miles to Camelback, 25 miles to Shawnee and Montage. Snowmobile in recreation areas and this development offers a private ski slope for Locust Lake Village Owners and Renters to use! The new Mount Airy Casino and Resort is just 15 miutes away. Nascar fans will find the Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, near Blakeslee, only a 20 minute ride away on race day. Locust Lake Village has a perfect location, close to all activities and attractions. This property is conveniently 15 minutes away from Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Resort, Split Rock Lodge & Galleria (movie theater, bowling, miniature golf, golf course, arcade & movie rental, Comedy Club & fine dining) In addition, Camelback Ski/Water Park, Pocono Raceway, Horseback Riding, Paintball, whitewater rafting, golfing and outlet shopping are all within 10-20 minutes away. Great festivals are held throughout the year that are well worth investigating (Blues fest, Beer fest, Wine fest, etc.) This village is adjacent to a main highway, Route 940, only 5 miles from Route 80 and 12 miles from the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It is close to a shopping center containing an excellent food market and a variety of stores and great restaurants. Mount Airy Casino is just 20 minutes down the road.

I rented this cabin as a special surprise for my boyfriends birthday and couldn't be happier. The perfect location let us see Bushkill, Mt. Pocono and Big Pocono as well as visiting his boyhood home. The cabin was spacious and felt secluded while having the benefit of security nearby. The rooms were spacious and we loved the glass windows in the main room that let us sit by the fire and look out at the woods to relax and enjoy each evening. Can't wait to go back!

Had an amazing time while staying at this cabin. The location was perfect and the overall "feel" of the home made my friends and I never want to leave. Plenty of space for all 10 of us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.I absolutely hope to return someday.

Relaxing weekend stay

I stayed with a group of friends at this house over presidents day weekend. It was wonderful. There is plenty of space. Its in a great location. The sauna is awesome after a day on the slopes. I would recomend any one who is looking for a nice getaway in a very peaceful area to stay here.

My friends and I had a lovely weekend here - very convenient to Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, and the outlets. We found the kitchen to be well-stocked and the fireplace was lovely. Definitely perfect for a relaxing getaway! It was really nice to watch the snow fall as we sat in front of the fire!
