New construction designed, furnished and built to provide all the luxuries of home at the most beautiful beach in the country. Located 7/10 of a mile from the Seaside post office 'My Wifes a Beach' is on the south side (beachside) of Co Rd. 30-A. Enjoy magnificent 180 degree views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Home offers state of the art kitchen with gulf view, vaulted ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors. Two master suites provide jacuzzi tubs and stand up showers with gulf views and steam shower. Safes are located in master suites to store valuables while on the beach or out for a leisurely bike ride. Outdoor shower, grill and half bath make entertaining around the private pool and hot tub a breeze. Home has a private elevator that services all three floors for unloading luggage, groceries and assisting people with special needs.

This house is perfect. Defintely a step above the rest. The location is great. Close to Seaside. Steps to the beach. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
