Beautiful gated home.A newly built home located in the southwest area captures the dramatic view of the Sandia Mountains. It is fully furnished and has approximately 1600sq. ft. of living space. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. It is close to everything: 10 minutes to Albuquerque International Airport,5 mins. to restaurants, and shopping area,20 mins. to the fairgrounds and to Sandia Casino Resort, 25 minutes to Sandia Tramway, and 10 minutes to downtown, old town,and ALBUQUERQUE STUDIOS{for you movie makers}. This is a business traveler's haven as well as a family friendly home which offers privacy, comfort, and location with conveniences such as high speed Internet,Direct TV,and unlimited long distance phone calls. The master bedroom features a king size bed, 32' LCD flatscreen TV, and a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms feature queen size beds.This gated community has a playground, basketball courts and swimming pool, everything in this home is 'BRAND NEW'.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for stays of less than 3 nights must be received via telephone or email at least 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s stay. Reservations for stays of more than 3 days must be cancelled 5 days prior. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of 10% of the cost of the total stay

It was our first time renting a home for a vacation and will plan to do it in the future. What a nice way to vacation. The home was beautiful and complete enough to live comfortably for a week. Wendy was wonderful and accessable. The pool was great. We felt very safe in the home and it was nice to park our rental car in the garage. It made us feel like we were home.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is the first time we have tried renting a vacation home and would definitely do it again. Nicely appointed, great pool, close to Old Town, Zoo, Tram. We had grandchildren with us and really loved the idea of having breakfast and snacks available.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home 110%. The owner and his local contact, Wendy, were willing to help us in any way. The pool is beautiful and the home was everything we hoped for and more. The location close enough to Albuquerque and the Airport, but still far enough away for peace and quiet. Thank you Dave and Wendy for your hospitality.
