Beautiful gated home.A newly built home located in the southwest area captures the dramatic view of the Sandia Mountains. It is fully furnished and has approximately 1600sq. ft. of living space. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. It is close to everything: 10 minutes to Albuquerque International Airport,5 mins. to restaurants, and shopping area,20 mins. to the fairgrounds and to Sandia Casino Resort, 25 minutes to Sandia Tramway, and 10 minutes to downtown, old town,and ALBUQUERQUE STUDIOS{for you movie makers}. This is a business traveler's haven as well as a family friendly home which offers privacy, comfort, and location with conveniences such as high speed Internet,Direct TV,and unlimited long distance phone calls. The master bedroom features a king size bed, 32' LCD flatscreen TV, and a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms feature queen size beds.This gated community has a playground, basketball courts and swimming pool, everything in this home is 'BRAND NEW'.

Reservations for stays of more than 3 days must be canceled 5 days prior. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of 10% of the cost of the total stay

AWESOME HOME

We couldn't be happier with everything! The home was awesome! Very nice, clean & comfortable! David & Wendy were awesome! Wendy met us as soon as we got to Albuquerque, made us feel so welcome, & was willing to be there if we needed anything. There were 6 adults during our stay, & we had plenty of space. Thank you!!

Great Stay during the balloon fiesta

Beautiful home, very spacious and comfortable for our family gathering. The neighborhood was very quiet, it appeared to be a safe environment, nice to have access to the playground for the 3 children. Nice bedrooms, although all upstairs, it was nice to have a small bathroom on the main floor, comfortable beds, nice backyard for sitting outside in the mornings and enjoying the beautiful weather. Convenient to have a garage attached to the home. Great communication with David and Wendy. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to have a family get together

We met there from 3 different cities to celebrate 2 grandchildren's birthdays. We had a great time.
Room for family fun and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Nice kitchen for breakfast and a spagetti dinner. Close enough to the fun stuff in town. Also felt very secure and safe. Owner was very patient with us since this was our 1st time renting a home. New home kept up very will and atractively decorated.

Great Home

It was our first time renting a home for a vacation and will plan to do it in the future. What a nice way to vacation. The home was beautiful and complete enough to live comfortably for a week. Wendy was wonderful and accessable. The pool was great. We felt very safe in the home and it was nice to park our rental car in the garage. It made us feel like we were home.

Very nice stay

Our time in Albuquerque was very nice and staying in this home made our stay that much nicer. There was 7 of us and the house was very comfortable for all of us.
The house was very clean and the location was just fine.
Wendy deserves a big thank you, we needed her help one Sunday evening and she was right there to take care of us.
We get to Albuquerque every couple of years and will make sure to check into this property again when we come back.
