This lakefront home is on a 250 acre lake, close to the new Pocono casinos, NASCAR racing, Skiing, hiking and other outdoor attractions. The home is situated at the wide end of the larger of two lakes in the private Arrowhead Lake community. You can use the row boat or canoe to explore the lake and two islands. The lake is stocked twice a year, so the fishing is great! We are walking distance to the beach (about 1/4 mile). The community includes multiple pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and ongoing events for children and family.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

We just got home from a weekend at this property that gave me and my 11 friends a nice break from reality. So much to do in the house alone! The game is fantastic, and there are plenty of places to "hang out". Only a few of our guest went skiing because we were having so much fun relaxing. The owners are very easy to deal with and after much research, this house is priced more than fair. I'd recommend this house to anyone. I have already told the owner i would like to coordinate again for next year. Our weekend started with all snow and ended with a lot of melting, but it was awesome to see the different lake views in a matter of three days. Thanks again lynne, hope to talk in 2010!

The location can't be beat!

We spent the 4th of July in this home. There were 11 of us - we didn't feel "crowded" at all. There is a lot of room. The description is accurate. It was very clean. The owners were wonderful to deal with - very honest and timely. The location is awesome. You don't even have to leave the community - there is so much to do. We used the canoe and the boat. We went to the playgrounds - took walks - went to the pool - met lots of nice people, too.
We didn't go out to eat - we used the grill and enjoyed a lot of "family time". Life doesn't get any better than that! If you're considering this house - do it - you won't be disappointed!

WONDERFUL!

I've never stayed at such a beautiful place for such a low price! The lake is beautiful even when it's frozen :-). The house is well-stocked with all the house-hold essentials. The location is fantastic! It's very close to tons of places for skiing, go-karting, hiking, horseback-riding, and shopping (a list of what our group did there). They were all less than 30 minutes away :-D.
The house-owners are very easy to contact and very personable. I'm definitely returning if I ever find myself coming back for a nice vacation in the Poconos.
