This vacation condominium has everything a traveler could want. The unit has an open floor plan yet the two bedrooms are on either end. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could want for your cooking and entertaining needs. Leather recliner, a couch and a love seat in the living area. The couch is a pull-out queen-size bed. If you prefer to dine inside at night there is a dining room room area. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors to the lanai. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The lanai has a large table for your outdoor dining needs. There are plenty of chairs including some that may be taken to the beach. Small, quiet well behaved pets by prior arrangement.

The Blue Heron Condominium is a first floor unit with a beautiful view of the Raleigh Canal. We face south and you can sit on our large screened lanai and look at the 33 foot by 12 foot heated pool and canal. We are directly across from a small park in a quiet residential area. Close to shopping, yacht club, beach, restaurants, and all amenities. There is a boat dock with the unit and arrangements can be made for your boat rental. We are about 15 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River (with no locks or lifts) which can bring you to the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel, and Captiva. You can fish from your own dock and watch the marine life as well as the beautiful sunsets.
